The construction industry modernization promotion center was established in July 2016, and was awarded "Li Jianxin labor model and craftsman talent innovation studio" by the trade union committee of Guangdong Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd. on April 28, 2019. At present, there are 7 employees, including 2 doctors, 3 masters and 1 undergraduate. There are 1 senior engineer, 3 engineers and 1 registered fire engineer. The construction industry modernization promotion center is based on the field of building materials, aiming at the development direction of construction projects and the problems in the development, and carries out the research on technical consulting services, transformation of scientific research achievements and product industrialization, aiming at establishing a cooperative service mechanism of comprehensive integration of scientific research, production, consultation and industrialization. In recent years, it has won more than 10 municipal (bureau) level science and technology progress awards, more than 30 authorized patents, including 7 invention patents, and edited and participated in the compilation of national, industrial, association and local standards (Atlas) more than 20. It has completed and undertaken more than 50 technical consulting services projects entrusted by Guangdong Provincial Department of housing and urban rural development, Guangdong power grid, Baosteel and other clients, including prefabricated building planning, sludge and slag soil planning, machine-made sand development research, steel slag slag powder application research and other related technical consulting services projects, creating good social and economic benefits.
